Julia Dean wrote the original “Airline Employment Guide” in 1994 and the Airline Job Guide in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. There have been over 10,000 copies sold internationally, and in every state of the US. Julia is a professional researcher, copywriter and author.

Each year, the author updates the guide with the most recent airline information - from corporate structure and financial position, to hiring steps and contacts. For 2009, she has provided detailed information on 72 airlines, mainly in the US, and also in Canada and internationally.

Julia holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Simon Fraser University and lives with her family in Canada and travels regularly.
